We ordered a large pizza for my husband and grandsons use of pepperoni and a cheese, and I had the pasta and it was frickin' wonderful every other italian restaurant i've been to over the years.Don't taste italian the meat sauce or the marinara sauce.It never has the authentic taste.It's like bland but gino's is frickin' spot on and I recommend you taking your family there. The wait staff is wonderful. The cooks know there stuff. Not a lot of seating but that does not bother me. Small and quaint little italian Restaurant in a small town in Texas. As a local (neighboring town over) i highly recommend.

Sunday night in Cameron darn near everything is closed except fast food and Mexican restaurants. We got on google and found Ginno’s, what a pleasant surprise! We wanted a beer with dinner but they don’t serve beer BUT you can bring it in and enjoy, ok enough about beer, let’s get down to the food. We both ordered the chicken parmigiana with Caesar salad... WOW was I pleased when the waitress brought our meals( we had to wait a bit because it’s cooked fresh to order). The portions were generous and tasted amazing for this little hole in the wall, and the price was 9.95 I mean how can you go wrong! Check out the photo and go try the restaurant you won’t be disappointed, We will definitely be returning!!!!!

Best chicken parm I've tried in a looooong time. Bread is to die for, amazing service and amazing food in a small town. Highly recommend

So when working out of town you ask the locals and everyone told me to check out this place. Sure am glad I took their advice. Food was great and it was a generous portion. I had spaghetti with meat sauce and I added meatballs. This is a small place with limited seating but everyone working there was great and the young lady waitress was spot on with everything. I highly recommend this restaurant

Food is awesome! I ordered eggplant parmigiano. Price was very reasonable. My new go to for dining out. Waitress was attentive. Only 15 miles from Rockdale!

Okay, this may not be a fancy Italian trattoria, but this little off-the-beaten-path spot has great heart, great service and really good food!!
